A super crazy special date night! I’ve watched DWTS forever... can’t believe we’re here! Thanks to amazing friends and my fabulous hubby for making this big little dream come true!

Making memories

Facebook Update: November 13, 2018

Back home from our very special 36 hour date. Thankful our trip went so smooth. Reality is that it was a huge deal for Ed, and I, to do what we just did... but we’re not letting our reality stop us from doing cool shit, it just looks and feels very different, everything is a much bigger challenge physically and mentally. Ed did this trip for me, out of so much love, during a time that’s been a huge struggle. I’m forever grateful. We’re soaking in all the joy when we can. Back to our day to day... and asking for positive thoughts and prayers for Ed’s next MRI which is this Friday. Thank you friends, we love you. One day at a time

Facebook Update: Thanksgiving - November 22, 2018

Feeling especially grateful on this day. Thankful doesn’t feel like a strong enough word. Today marks six months since the beginning of the most challenging and emotionally exhausting chapter of our life. The abundance of love and support we’ve received is what I’m truly thankful for. I’m thankful for my amazing hubby who continues to fight this nasty beast while loving us so hard along the way, for my boys who are also so strong, and for the good days that follow the really really hard days. Thankful for Ed’s latest scan results that came back pretty good. Thankful for today, a day spent with family and lots of laughter. Happy Thanksgiving friends... blessings to you all.

Facebook Update: December 31, 2018

I could say “eff you” to 2018, the year that rocked our little world... but despite our life being changed forever last May, this year brought us so many cool moments and special memories. And 2018 brought the most unconditional love and support my family and I have ever felt. We laughed a lot, we cried a lot more, and we hugged even more than that. This year we found strength we didn’t know we had. I’m ready for a fresh year, with more healing, hope, prayers, love, hugs, laughter, strength, and more cool moments that we can hold onto forever.

Happy New Year!
