Three weeks in the hospital is a long time, especially when we thought it was only going to be a few days... so having a few friends and family stop for short visits was very uplifting. We're grateful for all those that came by and all those that were sending well wishes via text and Facebook - it helped to feel all that love and support during such an emotionally sad, frustrating, scary, and very long three weeks.
