April 14, 2022:
Saw this lil tugboat on my run this morning… I was feeling one with it… bright and sunny on the outside, strong and mighty on the inside… but also very tired and worn out from the constant pushing and pulling of big heavy thoughts and tasks and grief and life stuff. Alone but not. I was free of the heaviness while on my run, just like this lil tug was free as it carried itself through the calm waters. Moments of heavy balanced with moments of light… it’s an exhausting push and pull but moving forward is the only way to go. You got this cute lil tug… keep going.
