“Embrace the crisis”... a motto that Ed and I and our friends landed on years back before embarking on what was the most epic Palm Springs vaca to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We all four have it tattooed on us in different ways. We had no idea how those three words would become so forefront in our life and so meaningful to us over the years and in many different life moments, big and small, highs and lows. Ed’s tattoo was by far the coolest and so I recently reached out to Dan Gilsdorf from @atlastattoo, where we got inked many times during crazy fun summer weekend trips, and told him about Ed’s passing and asked if he’d redraw the artwork for me. I told him I’d like to frame it for myself and as a gift to our friends... he was honored to do it. This framed piece is so special and will remind us daily of all our incredible memories and moments together... and to embrace the highs and lows of life... together. Thank you so much Dan.
